Warp Gear is a business of one. My name is James and it is my privilege to design and build sewn tools of a high standard, serving a small number of customers in rope access, fieldwork and adventure.

Warp Gear is equipment made using solid methods of construction, matched with carefully selected materials to support this effort. You won't find gadgets and features that detract from utility, but rather thoughtful designs that work well in challenging environments, over and over.

Everything we offer is made by hand in Tasmania and where possible, we source raw materials from Australian manufacturers.
